Are you a licensed Private Hire Operator?

Yes, we are fully licensed by the Ministry of Tourism Organization.

Are your drivers licensed?

Yes, all of our drivers are licensed and have gone through extensive in-house training to ensure their knowledge of driving, safety, customer service and our technology is the best in the industry.

Which airports do you service?

The majority of Greek Airports, with a meet and greet service.

What type of service do you provide?

Tell us where and when you want to go, and we will get you there. We have many different types of vehicle and they are all provided with polite and helpful licensed PCO drivers.

How easy is it to book a car with you?

Very! All you do is tell us: how many passengers and luggage you have. It’s done!!! Its as easy as one, two, three !!!

What area do you cover?

We can provide service in most parts of the Greece, but if for any reason we can’t we probably know someone who can. Our aim is to enhance the service that we provide, so be rest assured we will go that extra mile to provide you with as much as we can.

What if my flight is delayed? Will I be charged extra?

We monitor flight arrivals before any drivers are dispatched, as a result we do NOT charge you any extra if your flight is delayed.

Where do I meet my driver when the Pickup is from a Hotel?

For the hotel pick-up, the driver will meet the customers by the reception area of the hotel.

What if I cannot locate my driver?

Call our 24 hours support line on (+30) 698 0240000 quoting your transfer booking reference number or your name and our experienced staff will be able to assist.

Do I have to book online? Can I speak to someone?

Our online booking process is clear and easy to understand. But if you prefer to speak to one of our agents you can make a booking on the phone via our
reservations line on: (+30) 698 0240000, lines are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Please Note: The prices may vary from online prices, if booking over the phone.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel a booking. Please contact our 24/7 Helpdesk on (+30) 698 0240000. Terms and Conditions Apply.

What if I miss my flight?

Contact us as soon as possible on (+30) 698 0240000. We will have monitored the flight as a result we will have dispatched a driver. If you fail to inform us and the driver is dispatched our terms and conditions will apply upon which you will incur a full “No Show” charge. If however you inform us prior to the dispatch of the driver we will place your transfer order on HOLD for 24 hours during which you are able to re-book at no extra charge.

How can I get a receipt?

You can obtain a receipt from your driver at the time of payment or if you have paid online then you will receive by email.
